Refund and Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Policy for ShopAnkur

At ShopAnkur, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality food products. To ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience, we have implemented the following non-returnable policy:

Non-Returnable Products:

All products sold on ShopAnkur are non-returnable. Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered to the customer.

Refund for Damaged, Leakage or Defective Products:

In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged, leaked or defective product or parcel, we offer a refund policy. However, to be eligible for a refund, the customer must adhere to the following process:

  • The customer must contact our customer care number which is given below, within 5 hours of receiving the parcel to report the issue.
  • The customer must provide a proper picture of the damaged, leaked or defective product or parcel to our customer care number for verification purposes.
  • Upon confirmation of the issues within 7 days, we will initiate the refund and it will get deposited into your account within 15 days from the complaint, provided that our executive finds the issue genuine and approves the refund. Only upon their assessment and approval, we will consider your issue eligible for a refund.
  • Please note: Sometimes the refund amount may vary from the original price depending on the extent of damage to the product.

We take utmost care to ensure that all products dispatched from our warehouse meet our quality standards. However, if a customer receives a damaged, leaked, or defective product due to mishandling during transit or any other unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
