Online could be still better

I tried thrice for online payment, but it failed. Then I opted for COD, which happened.
The tracking system said a day before it as 'delivered'. whereas it was delivered on next day. There is lack of coordination between billing department and IT department, the rate in bill was different which I informed. Otherwise entire process was glitch free.

Sunflower oil is low in saturated fats and rich in unsaturated fats and vitamin E. These nutrients support healthier cholesterol levels, reducing bad (LDL) cholesterol while boosting the good (HDL) kind. Choosing sunflower oil instead of saturated-fat-heavy oils may lower heart disease risk. Especially varieties high in oleic acid have even stronger heart benefits.

High-oleic sunflower oil is specially bred to contain a high percentage of oleic (monounsaturated) fat, often above 80 percent. It is more stable under heat and less likely to break down into harmful compounds. That makes it better for cooking, especially at higher temperatures. It also carries stronger heart-health credentials compared to higher-linoleic oils.

Sunflower oil can release harmful aldehydes if overheated, especially above its smoke point (around 180 °C or higher). These substances may damage cells and raise long-term health risks. To stay safe, use it at moderate temperatures and avoid reusing it for deep frying. Refining or choosing high-oleic versions can also reduce these risks.

Yes, sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E and beneficial fatty acids, making it a gentle, nourishing choice for skin hydration. It can help maintain the skin barrier, soothe redness, and leave a silky, non-greasy feel. For hair, some high-quality versions act like natural silicone alternatives, offering moisture and heat protection. That makes it a nice natural pick for both skin and hair care.

Sunflower oil comes in four main varieties—high-linoleic, high-oleic, mid-oleic, and high-stearic/high-oleic—each differing in fatty acid composition. High-linoleic versions are rich in omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. High-oleic types contain mostly monounsaturated fats (oleic acid) and are heat-stable. The choice depends on usage: cooking, salad dressings, or topical use.

Because it contains unsaturated fats that oxidize easily, it’s best to store sunflower oil in a cool, dark place. Ideally use dark glass or UV-protected containers to minimize exposure to heat, light, and air. Those measures help prevent rancidity and preserve nutrients. AnkurOils offers packaging in tins and bottles, but storing them properly at home still matters.

Sunflower oil, especially high-linoleic types, contains omega-6 fatty acids, which in excess may promote inflammation. But current research shows omega-6 fats can be part of a healthy diet and don’t necessarily cause inflammation. In fact, many studies suggest they may even reduce heart disease risk. Balancing omega-6 intake with omega-3s remains the key to health.

Refined sunflower oil, especially high-oleic varieties, has a high smoke point (around 450 °F), making it suitable for frying, roasting, sautéing, and other high-heat uses. Cold-pressed or unrefined versions have more flavor and nutrients but are best reserved for dressings or gentle cooking. It’s a neutral, light-tasting oil that works well across many dishes.

Yes, sunflower oil is popular in skincare and cosmetics as an emollient and moisturizer. It can nourish the skin, soothe sensitivity, and even serve as a natural hair treatment. Some products even use it as a natural alternative to silicones for heat protection and shine. Its antioxidant content also gives it appeal in beauty formulations.

AnkurOils makes its sunflower oil available in several formats, including tins (15 kg or 15 L), jars (15 L and 5 L), pouches (1 L), and bottles (1 L). Those options let consumers choose based on their usage needs—larger formats for frequent cooking or smaller ones for occasional use. The variety is convenient and flexible. The oil itself is described as light, nutrient-rich, and low in bad fats.
